 Base Rental (Indoor Area Only)

• $40/hour
• 2-hour minimum
• While we are an adults-only resort, guests under 21 - including children - are permitted in our indoor event center since outdoor access will be locked. Please see below for guidelines regarding outdoor areas.
• Includes access to small indoor kitchen (oven/cooktop, three-compartment sink, microwave, full-size fridge, and small freezer)
• Does not include any outdoor access
• Tables, chairs, and table cloths are not included in this price (see rental pricing below)

• $55/hour
• 2-hour minimum

 Table Rentals

• Our indoor space can fit up to 7 round tables (60" round tables) and are available to rent for $10.00/table
• We also have 3 medium rectangle tables (6' long) and 1 large rectangle table (8' long) for $10.00/table

Chair Rentals

• Our space can fit up to 50 chairs and are available to rent for $2.00/chair

Tablecloth Rentals:

• We have white tablecloths available to rent for $15.00/tablecloth

Stereo & DJ Equipment:

• Price available upon request
